Yes. Unlike a line-by-line diff, it pairs clauses by meaning, so a moved clause doesn't show up as deleted and added.
Does it replace a lawyer's review?
No. It saves you hours finding the changes, but the legal interpretation of each clause is a job for a professional.
Is it processed in my browser or on a server?
AI contract comparison uses a hybrid engine: whatever can be done in your browser happens there, with nothing uploaded; when the server is needed, files travel encrypted, are processed in memory and deleted after one hour.
Is it free? Are there any limits?
Yes: free, no sign-up, and no watermark on the result. Without signing up, each file can be up to 50 MB (up to 20 files per task); signing in for free or with PRO raises it to 100 MB, and the PRO plan expands request limits and unlocks AI tools.
